A message dated May 26, 2015, was read stating the Governor signed                                                              
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

    "An Act relating to the licensure of nail technicians and                                                                   
    hairdressers; relating to the practice of manicuring; and providing
